Ghone Shop is dedicated to delivering original, authentic artworks by Ghone. The following terms and conditions govern all purchases made through our shop. By placing an order, you agree to the policies outlined below.

• All artworks sold through Ghone Shop are original, one-of-a-kind pieces created by Ghone.
• Unless otherwise stated, we do not offer prints or reproductions of sold works.
• Each original piece may come with a certificate of authenticity, upon request.

• Purchasing an artwork grants the buyer ownership of the physical piece only.
• All copyright and intellectual property rights remain exclusively with the artist (Ghone).
• Buyers may not reproduce, modify, sell, or use the artwork for any commercial or promotional purposes, including but not limited to digital or print reproduction, merchandise, or advertisements.
• Requests for commercial use or licensing must be made in writing and approved by Ghone Shop.

• From time to time, Ghone Shop may collaborate with third-party service providers to offer print-to-order or custom-to-order items (e.g., merchandise, apparel, or home decor).
• These products are fulfilled and shipped directly by the third-party vendors.
• Ghone Shop does not have control over production, quality assurance, or logistics for these items.
• As such, we are not responsible for any defects, damages, misprints, or delays related to third-party fulfilled orders.
• Any issues or claims must be submitted directly to the respective service provider according to their own policies and procedures.

• Ghone Shop does not offer direct shipping services.
• Buyers are responsible for arranging pick-up or delivery through their preferred third-party courier.
• All original artworks are carefully packaged and documented before being transferred to the courier.
• Once the item has been handed over, Ghone Shop assumes no responsibility for any loss, damage, or delay that occurs during transit.
• We can provide photographic documentation upon request to support insurance claims or dispute resolution with couriers.

• Due to the nature of original and made-to-order items, all sales are final.
• No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted unless an error has been made by Ghone Shop prior to shipment or handoff.
